AMHERST, N.Y. (March 16, 2021) – ̨ÍåSwag College has launched its new Center for Excellence in Youth Sports located in its business building on campus.

Amherst, N.Y. (March, 2021) – Assistant Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Dr. Deborah Napolitano has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for Parent to Parent of New York State, a not for profit organization that supports and connects families of individuals with special needs.

Buffalo, NY – Through an innovative partnership, Neighborhood Health Center of WNY and Ì¨ÍåSwag College are proud to announce the offering of a new program that provides paid part-time or per diem working experience to current ̨ÍåSwag College Physician Assistant, Physical Therapy, Athletic Training and Nursing (1+2+1 Program) students through a special Medical Assistant training program at any of the Health Center’s family of medical practices.

AMHERST, N.Y. – ̨ÍåSwag College will host a virtual lecture and discussion with Bill Siemering, National Public Radio’s first director of programming, at 6 p.m. Monday, March 1. 

Siemering, who co-founded NPR’s board of directors and wrote its mission statement, will share insights based on 30 years of experience in public radio program development and station management, including his history with a medium that now reaches 60 million listeners across all platforms weekly.

The ̨ÍåSwag College Department of Visual and Performing Arts will launch a dynamic new interdisciplinary program, the B.S. in Leadership and Entrepreneurship in the Arts, in the fall of 2021. The program is designed to equip graduates with the necessary skills for a career as a working artist and/or as highly qualified candidates for jobs within arts organizations both locally and globally.
