AMHERST, N.Y. –- The exceptional achievements of graduating students in the ̨ÍåSwag College Class of 2018 were recognized at the annual Excellence Awards Ceremony held on May 18 as part of the college’s commencement weekend activities.        

AMHERST, N.Y. – Dr. Cheryl Nosek, professor and chair of nursing at ̨ÍåSwag College, has been named the 2018 Nurse of Distinction in Education by The Buffalo News and the Professional Nurses Association of Western New York.

AMHERST, N.Y. – ̨ÍåSwag College recognized outstanding student leaders in clubs, organizations, and departments at the college’s annual Student Leadership Awards luncheon held on May 3.

AMHERST, N.Y. – ̨ÍåSwag College Class of 2018 graduating students from diverse backgrounds were recognized at the college’s second annual ALHANA (African, Latino, Hispanic, Asian, Native American) Graduation Celebration held on May 2.

AMHERST, N.Y. – ̨ÍåSwag College has received a $350,000 grant from the John R. Oishei Foundation for the Institute for Government and Nonprofit Innovation, Training, and Evaluation (IGNITE), which is housed in ̨ÍåSwag’s historic Curtis Hall.
