The projects outlined above represent the highest-priority needs for ̨ÍåSwag over the next five years. The remainder of campus will continue to require routine upkeep and maintenance—such as new carpeting, refreshed furnishings, or updated finishes—but does not currently require major capital investments. Over the past five years, the university has experienced significant momentum, as evidenced by the numerous completed capital improvements across campus. While many of our goals have been achieved, investing in facilities and infrastructure is an ongoing and continuous process. This new plan builds on the success of our past initiatives and provides a strategic blueprint for the future. We look forward to continuing to develop and enhance our campus to meet the needs of the entire community.
